Thank you.

Thank you for showing up and showing up big on Saturday March 5, 2016 at #GetFit615GivesBack! What happened Saturday is the exact reason that I love this community so SO much.

Thank you so much to Proverbs 12:10 for sharing some puppies with us for the day :)

Thank you to Hilary and Jessi for leading the open gym! Thank you to Kristina for making [DELICIOUS] raw balls! Thank you Shannon for being a ridiculously amazing paleo chef (I ate all the cookies.......). Thank you Kasey of Toast of Tennessee for being our resident wedding planner and badass! Thank you to Murn for bringing the laughs and the toys! Thank you to Barb, Alex, Mirm, and Theresa for spreading the word, bringing friends, setting up and tearing down!

Thank you to Lauren and Kelly of Shakti Power Yoga for their endless support! To Lauren's 8am class, yall ROCK for coming down right after your practice!!!

For those of you who bought the "One Love" shirts, there's an excerpt from a Mary Oliver poem on the back and it's all about belonging. The reason we chose this poem for the shirt is to remind all of us that Shakti Power Yoga and GetFit615 are places where you belong. We all belong here. It's a place where you can tell me about your despair, and I can tell you about mine. It's a place where, whoever you are and no matter how lonely, you are safe here. You are welcome here. You are enough here. And you are so SO loved here.

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
For a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about your despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting --
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.
- Mary Oliver "Wild Geese"

Good Morning,
I love you,
