To Fly or to Modi(fly)... That is the Question.

Sometimes when I hear the variation, my ego goes "fly Kate, fly!" and my body says "I'm in!" But other days, my ego says, "fly Kate, FLY!" but my body says, "please don't. I can't today." Some days I do what my ego says and I fly anyway - at the end of my practice I feel defeated and like I let myself down - like I didn't do my best. But I did that to myself - all because I listened to my ego and didn't honor my body and I didn't give it what it needed. No matter what sort of yoga class you go to, I promise it is the goal of your instructor to leave you in your own greatness - but that's on you whether you choose honor your true greatness or weather you try to "honor" your ego's.

Whole30 - What is it and Why You Should Do it

The Whole30 is a game changer.

You should do it because you probably need to change your game.

Your current game is probably unhealthy, exhausted, achy and sick.

I won't go into much detail on the Whole30 because there's no one that does that better than Melissa and Dallas Hartwig who wrote It Starts With Food. Here's what they have to say about it (this comes DIRECTLY from their website which is an incredible source for information!)
